Masters of Fine Arts and Bachelor of Education from Griffith University and Queensland College of Arts.

All the works presented were created in 2022 in my small home studio in Northwest Conn. I was inspired by my time working along side Aboriginal artists in a small community in North Queensland, Australia. I admired their resourcefulness and ability to tell traditional stories through symbolic imagery and colors of the land. I have adapted the techniques of dot painting and pointillism to find my own voice and create works that tell my stories and evoke an emotional response from the viewer. Some of my works are deeply personal and are expressions of my struggles and triumphs.
